Checked on the first visit
Not a substitute for drying
What we don't do
Not a mold, flood or roofing company.
We read and dry the air. If the house has mold growing, or water got in, a specialist should look first, and we'll work with them.
Mold testing or removal
Ask a mold professional. We lower the humidity afterward.
Water extraction
Call a water-damage company first, then call us once the house is dry.
Roof, gutter or grading repair
We'll tell you if the water is coming from there, and who to ask.
Questions
Before you book.
Do you work on mini-splits and duct systems?
We install and service the equipment that controls humidity: ducted dehumidifiers, air handlers and their drains, and ductless units where a room has no ducts. We aren't a general plumbing or roofing company.
What does the first visit cost?
The visit fee is quoted when you book, in writing. If you hire us for equipment, the fee is credited toward the work. See how pricing works for what a written scope contains.
We had water in the house. Can you help?
Call a water-damage company first to dry the structure. When the house is dry, we can read it and tell you whether it needs help staying that way.
