Questions
Before you ask about your street.
Do you go to the barrier islands?
Yes, to the ones with a road to them. Kiawah and Seabrook are outside what we cover for now; send the address if you're not sure.
Do you come downtown?
Yes. Older houses on the peninsula often have damp crawlspaces, and we go there often. Parking is the only thing we ask you to sort out in advance.
How long does it take to get a visit?
Sadaf gives you a day when you call. Summer is busier, and we say so on the phone.
