What to have ready.
What should I have ready for the visit?
The rooms where it is worst and the times of day. A photo of the air handler's nameplate helps. If you have taken your own readings with a gauge, write them down.
What does the first visit cost?
The visit fee is quoted when you book, in writing. If you hire us for equipment, the fee is credited toward the work. See how pricing works for what a written scope contains.
We had water in the house. Can you help?
Call a water-damage company first to dry the structure. When the house is dry, we can read it and tell you whether it needs help staying that way.
