Lela Claiborne
Owner and lead technician
Reads every logger and writes the summary you get back. Her work on raised houses taught her that the air under the floor matters as much as the air in the room.
About
Lela Claiborne started the firm after working on houses where the air conditioner kept getting bigger and the house kept staying damp. Six of us now take the readings, install the equipment and answer the phone.

Questions
We install and service the equipment that controls humidity: ducted dehumidifiers, air handlers and their drains, and ductless units where a room has no ducts. We aren't a general plumbing or roofing company.
The visit fee is quoted when you book, in writing. If you hire us for equipment, the fee is credited toward the work. See how pricing works for what a written scope contains.
